Comforts of HomeAll Rainy Lake Houseboats are completely furnished for your comfort. Spacious living quarters feature a couch, dining table and dining chairs. All of our houseboats are fully carpeted. The modern galley is designed for easy efficient meal preparation. All galleys have a 4 burner stove with oven, microwave oven, 15-17 cubic ft. refrigerator-freezer. On the bow of our houseboats you will find a Ducane Gas Barbecue Grill, deck table and chairs. The self-contained bathroom has a shower and a pollution-free waste holding system. A supply of fresh water comes with each houseboat. All beds are innerspring mattress style beds (no foam pads) supplying you with comfortable rest as the northern nights are perfect for a restful sleep.

A great feature of our SkipperLiner fleet is the full hull design (yacht style).

Our full hull rather than pontoon design provides a minimum of 35% more living space, plenty of storage below deck, and easy shoreline access as you will be able to step right on the sand beach, or rock shoreline from the houseboat. The full hull design allows for privacy in sleeping arrangements on each houseboat.

All Rainy Lake Houseboats have a dual electric system for your convenience. 110 volt electricity is provided by quiet marine generator located in the rear engine compartment. When the generator is not in use a 12 volt system powers the water system, marine radio, CD player/AM/FM/USB port for MP or Ipod player, and lights.

All Rainy Lake Houseboats are equipped with the following equipment:
  • Steel V-hulls
  • Mercruiser inboard outboard power (4 stroke)
  • 110/12 volt electricity
  • 110/220 volt marine generators
  • Carpeting
  • Ship to shore marine radios
  • Screened in front porch (Voyageur)
  • Innerspring mattresses
  • 15-17 cubic ft. refrigerator/freezer
  • 4 burner stove/oven
  • In dash cassette players
  • Swim platforms
  • Water slides (except Honeymooner)

Klaas Family“All of us from the Klaas and Kullberg families wanted to especially thank your entire family and staff for a wonderful memory we will never forget. We so enjoyed our time on The Lady of the Lake July 20 to July 25. The swimming, fishing, cruising to each day’s new location, great meals, and spacious houseboat were all more than we even imagined. The beauty and pristine setting of your lake is truly a vivid example of God’s country.

Your family has a unique way of making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. There was never a doubt that we were always in good hands. You can see by the smiles in the pictures that we had the time of our lives. Harry Rose, our fishing guide, was not only an excellent guide, but became a friend in one short day. After all his years of fishing and guiding, he still has an enthusiasm that rubs off as one fishes.”
